How do I curate the list?
The job openings I list here – primarily tech roles – include visa sponsorship and/or relocation assistance, among other benefits.
Each job is hand-picked.
What does “handpicked” mean, and how do I source these jobs?
For over 12 years, I’ve been helping software engineers relocate. Over this time, I’ve built a system to find and identify companies that hire internationally.
First, I check publicly available registers of companies legally authorized to hire foreign talent. Then, I review publicly available data to see if a company has previously hired from abroad, analyze its careers page, and monitor its recruiters’ online activity. Additionally, I use the database of Relocate.me hiring partners from the past five years and activelly leverage Boolean search techniques to find relocation-friendly openings.
For remote-from-anywhere (RFA) roles, I manually review each listing to ensure there are no obvious location restrictions in the job description. I also check company LinkedIn pages to confirm their teams are genuinely distributed across different parts of the world.
